Using ChatGPT in the Zoho ecosystem

Today, artificial intelligence is booming and revolutionising the way we work, but there's nothing to worry about. ChatGPT is an app that uses machine learning to converse with people and answer questions via text messages. Since the launch of ChatGPT in November 2022, its popularity has only grown and is finding use in many industries. Thanks to the large amount of data being added and the high quality of machine learning, it is able to answer questions in a variety of fields such as science, technology, history, medicine, social sciences, and many more.

The ability to implement ChatGPT into Zoho applications allows you to increase your productivity. Although Zoho already has its own Zia artificial intelligence, there is great potential for using ChatGPT alongside other Zoho applications. Currently, direct integration of Cliq and Notebook is available.

Using the ChatGPT bot for Zoho Cliq

One of the most powerful communication apps (for fast and efficient team collaboration through chatting, file sharing, calling and video calling.) in the Zoho One suite, Zoho Cliq, now has a bot feature that you can use on the Cliq channel to ask it questions.

 

ChatGPT and Zoho Notebook

Zoho Notebook allows users to create notes of various types, including text, image, audio and web links. Users can create multiple note libraries in which they can organize their notes and add labels and bookmarks to them.

Those of you who have already tried ChatGPT will have noticed that due to the sheer number of people trying to use ChatGPT, you sometimes have to wait for the coveted space to become available. That's where Zoho comes in with the Zoho Notebook app, which helps you keep track of all your ChatGPT replies. With these browser extensions, you can store your ChatGPT communications directly in your Zoho Notebook.

 

ChatGPT and other Zoho products

Currently Zoho Notebook and Cliq are the only Zoho apps with direct connectivity so far, and we're sure to see connectivity with CRM, Forms, Mail and Books soon, which we can currently connect thanks to the open API protocol.
