ZOHO Remotely is a package of 11 work and communication applications in one comprehensive user interface, designed for remote communication and collaboration both between registered ZOHO Remotely users and outside this group. This makes it very easy to exchange data and communicate instantly or long term between you and your customers.
With ZOHO Remotely you can hold teleconferences, video conferences, you can share and create different types of files needed for your work, such as spreadsheets, documents or presentations. You can share content both freely and with a time limit or by entering a one-time access password. You can share your projects, timelines and work schedules with others, you can assign tasks to other users or accept tasks from your customers. You can remotely present both your computer environment or individual applications or files and presentations, or you can remotely access your customers' computers to provide service or other remote services. You can work with augmented reality outside of the office in an outdoor environment and in real time both receive instructions from outside workers or conversely provide those instructions and procedures on real scenes.
You can manage individual applications in one clear environment that allows you to control user access, set access rights, track usage, etc.
You can invite customers and other external users to the applications by simply sending them an access link via email, without the need to register them.
