The PhoneBridge gateway integration allows you to use the Daktela VoIP phone system under Zoho applications like CRM, Desk, and others

Pro Futuro Consulting and Daktela signed a cooperation agreement resulting in a joint offer of telecommunications services integrated with Zoho solutions. Customers gained access to, among other things, Daktela Contact Center integrated with Zoho CRM, and thus reached a brand new functionality: phone calls automatically become CRM elements.

 

The calling employees now have immediate access to data and contact history. So before and during the call, they have full access to up-to-date information.

Thanks to this functionality, employees can start a telephone call with a single click from their laptop. In addition, the system identifies the caller and presents selected data stored in the CRM application.

Customers don’t have to waste time explaining multiple times who they are and what they need. The service enables users to dial a number directly from the CRM. To call a customer, they simply click on the phone number on the computer screen. Integration then connects to Daktela PBX and automatically dials the customer’s number. Calls can be automatically recorded and saved in the CRM system together with any additional data operator filled during the call

 

This functionality can be used by any company department where employees’ regular work involves telephone calls, negotiation and ongoing contact with customers. The offer is primarily aimed at sales departments, sales companies, call centers and others.

Customers have received implementation and service support from Pro Futuro Consulting on the Polish market.
